Data collected

We collect the personal data (name, company, email, telephone and the content of your request) that you provide through the contact form or by email, in order to respond to your requests for information, quotations and technical advice.

Purposes

Data is processed solely to handle your request and any business relationship arising from it. It is not disclosed to third parties and is not used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Cookies and statistics

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics on how the site is used (pages visited, traffic sources, device) and Microsoft Clarity to analyse in aggregate form how the pages are used (heatmaps and anonymous session recordings, useful for improving the user experience). These tools are activated only with your prior consent: on your first visit a banner lets you accept or refuse them. Until you accept, Google Analytics writes no cookies and collects no identifying data (Google Consent Mode) and Microsoft Clarity is not even loaded. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal (Art. 7.3 GDPR).

Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by writing to info@lubrochem.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
